Our USP

Our USP is to have complete involvement and control on the progress of the project we undertake.  We not only seek client intervention at every stage, but we welcome it as well. We carry out dictation registry; collect every feature required and list out priorities. We deliver exactly as per that. We deliver the first iteration in flat 3 weeks.

Ability

Ability, being the mode of our implementation, we get the client continuously get a look and feel of the project progress at the end of each iteration/sprint.

Our Strength

  • We make sure; the design of each component is efficient and fulfils the business requirements of the client organization. Each user story we catalogue into progressive sprints with testing and product delivery time line. Each sprint provides a working software/ component model which meet the expectations as per the definition or requirement of the client.  We are also open, adaptive and responsive to changes even in advance stages of project life cycle. We accommodate and address to the changing requirements without changing much the next consecutive sprint.  We keep frequent and regular scrum and sprint meetings enabling a constant two-way communication getting all major technical and business on board. Thus keeping a clarity, visibility and smoothness in the project’s progress.
  • We master Scrum framework to implement our Agility in project development. Eventually the requirements are gathered into the Product Backlog, and referred to generically as “Product Backlog Items”. Given the time-boxed nature of a Sprint, we can also infer that each set should require significantly less time to implement than the duration of the Sprint. We go with describing three reasonably-standard requirements artefacts in Product Backlog.
  • We have specialized team for 3 major and defined roles to handle the process. Product Owner, Scrum Master and the development team consisting of the programmers and testers. Our Sprint is defined with all stakeholders agreement.
  • We have multilingual and multi-cultural team members to accommodate and support the “to-do list of stuff to be done by the scrum team. We also dedicate a Project manager who in association with the client management business and technology team sets the priority, number items and define the sprint duration.

Our Modus

  • Our modus operandi is simple but robust.
  • We have is a self-organized and focused team. They are cross-functional but work together as a single unit.
  • We specialize to filter out very precise and to the point stories.
  • Close communication with the user representative to understand the features.
  • Has a definite timeline of maximum 3 weeks per sprint, depending on the critical developmental and communication factors involved.
  • We do parallel activities, which helps reducing time in multiple tasks of different stages at a given interval.
  • We don’t commit unless we are convinced. Once we commit, we will deliver in time with desired quality.
